Jon Pollard
After completing a degree in multimedia graphic design for a career in broadcast TV design, Jon spent several years working with early PC based sound recording systems.Jon has been in the internet industry since 1996, working for one of the world's leading agencies, agency.com, on sites such as British Airways, Boots the Chemist and RSPCA. His roles included designer producer and programmer.
In 1999 he formed Turtlereality bringing his all-round skills of designing and programming to help smaller companies and individuals realise their ambitions for creative, high quality websites.
Lena Eijvergard
Lena spent most of her working life in 5 star hotel and hospitality management before changing gears and retraining as a web developer.Her time is divided between programming websites, project managing client accounts, marketing the business and running the office - and she will often be the first person you speak to about your web project.
Coming into the industry relatively recently she brings a fresh eye to the business and hasn't had to unlearn the bad habits of 1997!
